  • Domain need to buy by the customers, if you prefer, we will buy it for you, domain payment will be collected initially.

 

  • Need to provide basis details required by our hosting team, so that they will proceed with your Hosting set up.

 

  • For Free Hosting, No Hosting charge for one year only maintenance charge 350 +(18%GST) for first year, in the second year your hosting pack will be automatically upgrade to Bee Worker pack-83 / mo.

 

  • *From second year on wards for Bee worker pack payment will be collected only in yearly rotation that means you need pay for 12 months +18% GST. Note: No maintenance charges.

 

  • After completion of your order all the Hosting set up will be carried out by our technical team and they will assist you to get through each process, no worries.

 

  • Our Support team will be the there to guide you and support in all your queries regarding Hosting provided by us.

 

  • Kindly raise your ticket at support ticket in our website for all your hosting queries so our support will work on that and provide you the solution.

 

  • For any technical queries regarding Hosting you can contact us and through our online chat box in our website.

 

  • Our support for third party software like outlook etc is limited, you can contact the third-party software support team.

 

  • For all package’s payment is been received by annual rotation except Dedicated Hosting if the cost is approximately above 25,000/year, if any customized changes it will be updated in your quotation at the time of confirmation of your order.

 

  • After the completion of full payment of each package as per the tariff, our system will let us to do the first Hosting setup.

 

  • GST Details and payment mode will be mentioned in your INVOICE

 

  • If the invoice payment overdue persists more than two suspension notice, our system let us to suspend the account. After completion of payment your account will be activated automatically.
